This impressive period property in Overy Street, Dartford was completely refurbished and re-opened by Texcel in April 2013. We have since maintained the property to a very high standard and many of our tenants have been with us since the re-opening and are very happy with both the building and the level of service provided. The air-conditioned offices are of a very high standard yet at very competitive prices. The centre is fully cabled for data and telecoms and is located in the centre of Dartford, close to local amenities and rail & bus services. Texcel don't use agents or third parties to run our centres and so we have a direct and personal connection with all of our tenants meaning we can swiftly move to deal with any requests or question they may have.
