The Department Store Studios was constructed in 2021 using some of the most sustainable building methods. We have a combination of private office and co-working spaces for our members to work from. The are all beautifully designed and available with or with out furniture. There are multiple breakout spaces with soft seating, dinning areas and kitchens. We also have several meeting rooms and phone booth spread across the building.We offer all our offices on a service basis, meaning all utilities, service charge and business rates are included in your monthly payments. Saving you headache of managing multiple suppliers.We also have a great range of social areas, such as Upstairs our rooftop members club with bar and restaurant. You and your staff will all get automatic membership to this. There is a ground floor cafe, great for informal meetings and cinema in the basement.
