The workspace and its facilities
Athlone Community Development Association was established in 1992 with the main objective of combating unemployment in the Athlone area. We also are heavily involved with Community Development, Social Inclusion and Youth Work. We are a not for profit company, limited by guarantee with charitable status.With the assistance of the Government agencies, and fundraising from the community of Athlone, the voluntary Committee was able to construct and develop our Co-Working Hub in Parnell Square, Athlone during the 1990’s, where we are still based today.
