Terms are extremely flexible with no long term commitment, with no deposit, just rental payments on 1st of the month, if you are a new client your 1st month is free of charge. Kitchen and toilet facilities are available on each floor, a common area is available for networking and separate meeting rooms are offered that can be rented on an ad-hoc basis for a small fee. If you are looking for archive storage, or a workshop, these services are also offered within a storage centre (connected to the office building), allowing to cater for many types of businesses, from start ups to well established companies.
