Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This location is a large park of well-over 130 office and business units. The heavily wooded park has won many awards for its landscaping and has an excellent security record with full time out-of-hours guarding, coded vehicle barrier and a brand new, state-of-the-art CCTV system.
