Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This property provides self-contained office suites from 200 - 2,000 sq ft. These office suites are suitable for between 2 and 25 staff. The suites have suspended ceilings, carpeting throughout, WCs, shared kitchen, parking spaces and external signage available. Rental is all inclusive (rates, building/estate service charge, utilities, insurance), but excludes communications. Suites start from £500 per month.

The location
The Park is a 95-acre business estate and home to over 50 companies. The on-site management team ensure the park’s landscaping, security CCTV and building maintenance is kept up to date. The park also has an exclusive courtesy coach service to park occupiers that links the town centre and railway station to the park.
