The office comprises three separate rooms, and the toilet and kitchen are shared with one other tenant. Monthly rental will include electric/gas heating, telephone lines and handsets are available to rent at a small monthly cost to be agreed. Free Internet provided. All offices are decorated and carpeted to a high standard, UPVC windows, light and airy, there is a main entrance lobby at the front of the building. There are three other companies already on-site.

The location
Located two minutes' walk from Rainhill station, all mainline trains running directly to Liverpool and Manchester. Junction 7 M62 within 1 mile of offices. Excellent location for Warrington, St Helens, Liverpool. Rainhill village a short walk, various sandwich/lunch shops, chip shop, post office, supermarket, cash machine. Directly outside the office there is bus stop with regular buses to Liverpool every 10 minutes. Post box directly outside office. All ground floor offices throughout the building are metal shuttered to the windows during the evenings. A retired couple live at the rear, so the premises are always occupied overnight.
