This workspace is an open-plan studio bathed in natural light to enhance mood, productivity, and overall well-being. Access is typically between 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday through which times there is on-site management for security, with extended rights to access (24 hours) available for long-term licensees. The spacious nature of the workspace allows us to be able to provide large desks for the guests. For the times when tenants prefer not to take advantage of the numerous cafés for food and refreshments the fully equipped kitchen is available for use. Fibre broadband is available for the tenant.
