Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The business centre is stone built with 10 individual office suites based over 2 floors covering a total of approximately 2300 sqft. All offices offer natural light and vary in size, they can accommodate between 2 - 6 people. Each office has it's own keypad lock, and there is an intercom facility offering individual door access. There is a reception area for visitors, a shared kitchen area and toilets on both floors. Telecoms and parking are optional. In addition virtual offices are available, including mail handling and telephone answering services.

Prospect House is based in Ossett which is situated just 4 miles from central Wakefield. The main town precinct is less than a minute walk away, where you will find banks, shops, cafes etc. There is an open air market twice a week and a bus station close by. The business centre offers excellent transport links with junction 40 of the M1 approximately 5 minutes drive away, and Leeds Bradford airport can be reached in approximately 45 minutes. Dewsbury train station is within 3 miles and Wakefield Westgate train station is less than 4 miles from the building.
