The offices are located a 5-minute drive away from Longwater retail park which includes a petrol station, restaurants, food shops and retail shops. The workspace has close links to the A47 and is a 10-minute drive to the University of East Anglia. Norwich Train Station is a 25-minute drive away and a 20-minute drive to Norwich City Centre. There are many bus routes which go through Dereham Road which is just a short 5-minute walk through the industrial park and to the offices.
