The workspace and its facilities
This building in the heart of Kings Cross isn’t your normal office block, this is two buildings in one. The building is a small listed building which is the last example of one of the first examples of social housing in London. They have then wrapped a brand new building around this one to create a 30,000 square feet office building. This building consists of private office space, co-working space and plenty of meeting rooms just opposite the Eurostar entrance so great for anybody coming into London from Paris. Beautifully designed kitchens and break out spaces create a relaxed and dynamic environment in which to work. The centre also features a secure bike shed, showers, CCTV and 24 hour access, full IT and telephony with a great roof terrace.

The location
Minutes away from this centre's existing Kings Cross buildings (Eastside & Gridiron). This centre took the original listed building and transformed it by adding a modern glass wrap, creating a contrasting architectural space. It’s directly opposite the Eurostar entrance and one of the first buildings you see when you head north from the King’s Cross station concourse. And we have some cool neighbours too – Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design, BNP Baribas and an up and coming outfit called Google with their European HQ being about 40 yards away.
