Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The Alliance House Foundation owned and operated Alliance House, which has a rich history. It was first built in 1938 and served as their headquarters. For this reason, the building is big and visually striking. The building's size allows for greater space for serviced offices and typical floorplates that are between 3,000 and 4,000 square feet in size and offer superb natural light from all directions. Alliance House's present layout and renovations allow it to provide offices with a large desk capacity currently up to 108 desks. Not to mention the spacious breakout areas and soon-to-be meeting rooms will provide space and time away from the office for meetings, for socialising outside of the office and to enjoy the services we as a company provide for example breakfast every morning and endless tea coffee and water.

Being situated in the heart of Westminster, the building is surrounded by history including a short walk to The Houses of Parliament, Westminster cathedral and St James park. Alliance house is positioned between Mayfair, Belgravia and St James, which means it is home to not only diverse commercial retail but also residential retail. The building is an extremely short walk away for Victoria street which has a diverse amount of cuisine and lunch spots as well as convivence shops. With St James park underground station being adjacent to the building that is the first transport link, however with only a 5 minute walk you are at Victoria underground and train station.
