The workspace and its facilities
This workspace has recently undergone an imaginative refurbishment programme to create a contemporary, eco-friendly business centre with health and wellness at the forefront. The well-thought-out development has created a stylish and modern workspace for up to 350 people over two floors. The ground floor consists of 15 small offices, 10 co-working desks, a large meeting room, reception, a kitchen and breakout area, shower facilities and a well-being café with low energy lighting throughout and Fairtrade coffee on tap. The larger first-floor suites benefit from excellent natural light and views spanning the beautiful areas. There is also a separate co-working area, kitchen and breakout space as well as showers and male/female toilets. The space itself is fitted to the highest standard with modern lighting, neutral carpets, air conditioning and gas central heating. The large onsite car park is available for tenant use free of charge with each office having its allocated number of spaces (agreed upon at the time of rental). Access to the office is through a common staircase and the property also benefits from lift access. There is also a meeting room with wifi access and a large presentation screen which can seat up to 10 people. The site also offers electric charging points.
