This Business Centre is located in Glinton, a smart rural village which is 3 miles north of central Peterborough. Within the premises there are nine offices in total, six of which are accessed off a communal reception area, and the remaining three accessed either as above or from their own separate entrance's. Glinton enjoys good transport access with the A15 and A16 within a few hundred yards of the property, the A15 providing access to the A47 and subsequently the A1(M). Regular train services to London can be caught at Peterborough (journey time 45 minutes). Administrative support is available on-site.

This centre is located in a relatively quiet and good quality residential and part commercial area in Glinton, 3 miles north of the centre of Peterborough. Peterborough has regular, fast rail services into Central London and this centre is about 1000 yards from the main ring road linking to the A1M motorway. Glinton is also served by bus transport into the city centre. Local amenities include a pub, a chemist and some shops. Peterborough has a more extensive range of amenities including excellent places to eat and drink.
