Glenrothes railway station is close-by which is on a circular route to Edinburgh. Kirkcaldy railway station is c. 9 miles away and is on the main east coast line, Aberdeen to London. The dual carriageway A92 is also close-by and joins the M90 to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
