The workspace and its facilities
This property is a two-storey brick office complex, built in 2000 and consisting of 20 individual offices. Offices 5/6 are on the ground floor and are fully carpeted with an internal connecting door. There are currently four offices available, of which some have air-conditioning and/or smaller offices within. All offices have gas radiator central heating and are individually metered for electricity. There is a kitchen area with fridge and microwave and WC.
