The workspace and its facilities
This property is a two-storey brick office complex, built in 2000 and consisting of 20 individual offices. Offices 5/6 are on the ground floor and are fully carpeted with an internal connecting door. There are currently four offices available, of which some have air-conditioning and/or smaller offices within. All offices have gas radiator central heating and are individually metered for electricity. There is a kitchen area with fridge and microwave and WC. There is currently a total of 630 sq ft available.

Glenrothes railway station is close-by, on a circular route to Edinburgh. Kirkcaldy railway station is approximately 9 miles away and is on the main east coast line, Aberdeen to London. The A92 is also close-by, joining the M90 to Edinburgh and Glasgow
