Strathmore's location at 10 York Place offers a mixture of office spaces within a traditional Georgian townhouse. The building is ideally located in Edinburgh city centre, just a 10-minute walk from Waverley train station. Onsite there is a relaxed business lounge offering ad-hoc desk space and comfortable seating, ideal for informal meetings or group work. The private meeting room is equipped with AV facilities, and can be booked via our online booking system. Phone booths are also available. Bike racks are available to the front and back of the building, and with shower facilities also available for our members.

The location
The building is ideally located in the very centre of Edinburgh with lots around about to enjoy. Within easy walking distance you'll find St Andrew Square, George Street and Princes Street with an exciting selection of coffee shops, restaurants and retail on offer. Transport wise, Waverley train station is just a 10-minute walk from the office building and with many local bus and tram links nearby too.
