Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The Derwent Business Centre is unique in that it was formerly a Railway Bonding Warehouse and is therefore a listed building. One of its outstanding features is a full-size Train Buffer on the first floor Break Out Area. Other impressive features include Brick Arches and Corrugated Iron Ceilings within some of the Office Spaces. There are 42 Offices spread over 3 Levels with many different business types. Carparking is available for Tenants and any guests they may have. Derwent Business Centre has 24hr access to its tenants via a Fob Entry System making it a secure building to non-tenants. High Speed Internet is installed in all Offices throughout the Business Centre. There is a fully serviced reception desk onsite taking care of mail and courier deliveries on a daily basis.
