Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The entire building is newly refurbished with new mechanical and electrical plant, new reception, new office areas, new toilets, new lifts, new gardens and new EV change stations. Crawley is in the middle of the ‘Gatwick Diamond’ which covers outer London to Brighton and is an internationally recognized, high performance regional business districts. It is home to over 500 international business including a number of international company headquarters. The town benefits from excellent connectivity with easy road and rail links to London. Crawley rail station is approximately 14 minutes’ walk from the Global House and then 40 minutes by train into London Victoria. The outer London ring Road, the M25 is approximately 15 minutes’ drive to connect around London and beyond. By road Croydon is approximately 35 minutes’ drive north along the M23 and Brighton is 35 minutes by car south along the M23/A23. The access to Global House within Crawley by car is via main arterial roads with no or little congestion. The walk from Crawley rail station to Global House is via town centre. The is also bus stop right outside Global House for connections in and around Crawley.
