The building is over 20 years old and all the units are on the ground floor. Several units have loading bay doors. The units are unfurnished, but have carpets, blinds and a kitchenette. This is adaptable for office, workshop or laboratory use. Heated by night-storage heaters, metered electricity and the usual ISDN and ADSL broadband can also be supplied. Ample parking on a first-come, first-served basis. The centre has an attractive conservatory café.
