Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The centre is a fully refurbished purpose-built office building, with a range of suites now available from 200 sq ft to over 18,000 sq ft. Two suites of 398 sq ft and 500 sq ft are currently available. The centre provides a communal kitchen for the smaller suites. Lease terms are from 12 months and are by way of a short-form licence agreement.
