Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This centre has recently undergone a major refurbishment that now provides a high quality office building with possibly South Manchester’s largest floor plate. The centre offers some unique facilities which include an onsite restaurant, a range of meeting spaces for up to 100 people, sports hall, bowling green and our unique 9 hole golf course.The 3rd floor suite of just over 10,000sqft has been fully refurbished and the high specification includes a raised floor, full height double glazed windows and BMS centrally monitored air conditioning. Onsite parking is available at a minimum of 1:250 with further licence spaces available.This centre has four well sized lifts and main staircase whilst disabled access and toilet facilities are also provided. Visitors enter the modern reception area where they are greeted by our building manager. The onsite security team monitor the property out of hours.
