Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This centre offers customers a range of additional benefits such as free meeting room hire, use of a free business lounge and discounts at various local businesses. Suites include a range of internal offices, meeting rooms and comms facilities. All suites benefit from air-conditioning. There are also on-site shower facilities available. This building now offers Metronet as well as other broadband providers, enabling download and upload speeds of 20mbps.
