Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
In 2009 The Joiners Shop was re-opened as a centre for creative business. We have 44 offices, a meeting room, day offices and a virtual office service. Businesses can sign a licence agreement for short term or long-term flexible office space. Month to month or six-month, 12 month or 2-year agreements give the flexibility to start up and grow knowing what your fixed monthly outgoings will be. Almost everything is included. The only additional costs are for electricity, which is metered and broadband, which is a dedicated provision. You can move in on the day you view the space, it’s that easy to get going.
At The Joiners Shop, we pride ourselves on building a community, we hold regular coffee mornings and Bi-Monthly Networking events with a guest speaker, light refreshments and the chance to meet and share business ideas with other tenants and local businesses. This helps foster the opportunities of working together, getting to know who else is in the building and building business relationships.
As a fully serviced office centre we provide a service to you almost as an extension of your business. You can look at the building management team as additional team members. We handle your post, in and out, we provide administration services as required to include printing, copy typing, signposting and business support.
