Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The building itself used to be a well known public swimming baths. The three floors have now been renovated to the highest standard, fitted out with 20 glass offices, The Hub area where you can find our breakfast buffet, coffee machines, ovens, microwaves, fridges and plenty of seating. Businesses based at Bristol North Baths will benefit from a café/breakout area. Free hot drinks, filtered water and breakfast will be provided each day including fresh fruit platters. There is also a private wellness centre providing daily fitness classes. In addition, the workspace allows clients to have 24 hours access in 7 days of the week.

The location
Located right in the heart of Bristol, with Gloucester Road, you have a huge variety of Pubs, Bars, Restaurants, Gyms, Bakeries, Florists, Fresh Fruit and Veg shops, and many more retail units right on your doorstep. From the office there are short easy routes to Cabot Circus, Clifton, Park Street, Whiteladies Road, Southmead Hospital, St Andrews Park and the Downs. the centre is right in the center of Gloucester Road, but we still have ample amounts of off street private parking available. There are two train stations (Redland + Montpelier) within a short walking distance from the office, plus there are multiple bus stops right out the front of the building making it very convenient for those travelling via public transport.
