While primary industry output continues to show a decline in Shenzhen, as China focuses on services-led growth, the city has seen the financial sector grow by over 15% in the last year.
This has helped to drive up the demand for Grade A office space and as such there is currently a low vacancy rate across the city, while rental prices continue to increase.
However, the increase in prices is expected to be checked with up to two million square metres of Grade A office space expected to be added to the Shenzhen market in the rest of 2015 and 2016.
We currently have a number of different office space locations available in Shenzhen that provide different types and styles of workspace, so we are confident that we can fulfill a wide range of requirements.
We are able to accommodate most enquiries, from one person through to 100 or more depending on the specifics.
