Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The shared and private offices are on the first floor, ideal for setting up your business or exchanging ideas with other entrepreneurs. In these furnished offices, all clients have to do is move in. Also on the 1st floor is a medium-sized conference room for rent for your workshops, sessions or client meetings. Just go up to the 2nd floor to find the heart of coworking, the kitchen. Although it is an excellent place for sharing, exchanging, and meeting between coworkers, it lacks nothing, especially not the indispensable coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen, the nomadic coworking space is large, bright and warm. Not to mention a beautiful, tiered conference room and phone boxes of various sizes.
