The first modern public buildings were raised in the heart of Sofia in the early 1930s. This center is the exclusive C-level serviced office and networking space and a major business hub. Originally designed to house a hotel and a theatre, the building, has a vibrant cultural and social value history. It was one of the few structures that were not destroyed and remained standing during the bombing of Sofia in World War II.
