Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This is a new building, it is empty right now, there are 5 floors in the building, each floor is approximately 200 sqm, so there are a lot of options right now. All of the offices are equipped with high-quality furniture and office equipment, as well as fibre internet. There is also an IT Support team on hand to help clients with all of the settings and any IT issues clients may encounter. Members can host clients in conference rooms and breakout/lounge areas, and have access to a communal kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities. An on-site management team will help with administrative tasks such as reception, phone answering, and mail handling. There is also parking on the premises.
