This business centre occupies a Grade II listed villa over 2 floors with a projecting semi-circular lounge and terrace, considered to be a landmark in Malta and of significance in the architectural history of the Maltese Islands. A considerable investment was made to restore the villa to its original glory, maintaining all the features such as original marble floors, pattern tiled floors, ceiling frescos, gilded elements and concertino timber doors.
