Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

Found in the town centre, you will be in an ideal location with plenty of amenities in the surrounding area. Offices are rented with a minimum space of 12 to 15 square metres, which can be rented separately or in up to 4 units. There are plenty of options to suit your business needs. The minimum rent is 350 EUR, with an affordable price of 375 EUR for 2 persons. Plenty of office amenities are available to ensure your working space suits you, and there is an all-inclusive fee to make things easier for you. Only heating and electricity costs are to be added. A large conference room is also available for us by tenants, and it’s a perfect space for meetings, training and seminars.

The location
The office building is situated close to the German border, around 35 minutes' drive away from Luxembourg-City, in the centre of an old historic town with a lot of character and charm. Public or private parking space is very close by. Luxembourg Airport is also a 35-minute drive as is the main train station in Luxembourg. Within the centre's locality, you can find a cinema and an abundance of restaurants in which you can entertain and impress clients. There is lso a great selection of hotels nearby where you can accommodate visiting executives.
