The workspace will offer about 500 flexible workstations with plug & play offices that can be customized in terms of design and layout, meeting rooms and common areas (restaurant, break areas on the floors, phone boxes, lounges) and the space offer clients’ premium services and state-of-the-art equipment in terms of technology, privacy and efficiency. The soul of the building is constituted by the system of outdoor spaces that will decline from the rooftop of 500sqm with panoramic views over the city, to the terraces of the fifth, third and first floors. These spaces will allow pro-workers to work and meet outdoors in a green oasis among the rooftops of Milan. The maximum attention to sustainability, wellness and connectivity is also confirmed by the energy certifications that the building aims to obtain: Leed, Well and Wired score. The interior design project by DWA Design Studio translates in the spaces of the space the artistic surroundings of the historic center, which can be admired from the rooftop and terraces, from the large windows of the staircase and the windows of the building: the church of Santa Maria presso San Satiro by Bramante, the dome of the secular temple of San Sebastiano by Pellegrino Tebaldi, the Duomo, the top of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, the Velasca Tower.
