Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

This centre offers flexible coworking space 3500 INR is the monthly fee per seat and a monthly 500 INR per seat will be collected as the maintenance fee for using Electricity, Water, Wi-Fi and the maid services on offer. The centre offers a discounted price for the use of multiple seats ( a great cost saving options for small to medium businesses) the option of 4 to 7 seats costs 3200 INR per seat and the option of 8 seats or more cost 3000 INR per seat. Payment for this service is collected on a monthly basis and should be done prior starting the work for that particular month. The centre offers a toilet on the first floor level for all tenants and filter water is available in the pantry area. Cushioned seats are provided for all the cubicles to ensure your comfort during your working day. The building is accessible to tenants 24/7 meaning you can do business any time of day. The centre also offers a conference room for use by tenants which is available upon request.
