This site offers a warm and friendly working environment in a compact, professional office building in Zagreb city centre. The business centre is located in the courtyard of the main building, so there is no traffic noise and break times can be spent in the green yard. There is one smaller office and four larger sized offices fully prepared for occupancy, either furnished or unfurnished, all connected to a local network and internet via Wi-Fi connection. At the reception desk there are a scanning/copying/fax facilities available for use. The office is near the town centre, only 15-20 minutes away via tram networks or 5-7 minutes by car. It is in the 2nd parking zone, which is just one tram stop away from the nearest public garage. Also, a solicitors office, several banks and a post office are approximately 0.2 miles from the office. There is a small shopping centre featuring a range of retail outlets in close proximity to the building; as well as several bakeries, cafes and very nice restaurants to explore and enjoy outside of work.
