Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The newly refurbished business centre consists of nine fully furnished offices, accommodating between two and four desks. There is a general shared reception area and a boardroom which is available to hire. The centre provides comprehensive serviced office support, including dedicated telephone answering, fax and mail management and secretarial services. Companies’ income benefits from a zero rate of tax with the exception of income from banking business, activities regulated by the Office of the Director General of Utility Regulation and income from the ownership of Guernsey land and buildings.
