This centre is a custom-built business innovation centre and conference venue near Worksop, North Nottinghamshire, supporting local businesses and giving innovative high-growth companies an environment in which to develop and succeed. The building comprises a two-storey structure with a gross floor space of 3,860 sq.m. (41,533 sq. ft). There are a total of 53 office suites, ranging from 15 sq. m. to 140 sq. m., 4 workshop units, 1 café, a conference room, meeting room, reception and back-office areas, and numerous toilet facilities, kitchenettes and store rooms. Conference and meeting facilities are available at the ground floor level and comprise a conference room of approximately 65 sq.m. with an adjacent meeting facility of approximately 13 sq.m. The facilities include integrated audio-visual equipment and moveable doors which allow for private meetings or informal presentations or exhibitions which may need to spill out into the foyer area. The café and relaxation area, which is located on the first-floor level, serves food and drinks for breakfast and lunch. \

The centre is located on Shireoaks Triangle Business Park on the outskirts of Worksop, Nottinghamshire. Worksop town centre is less than a 10-minute drive away from the centre and offers a range of range of eateries, drinking holes and shops – ideal for a lunch time. Alternatively, the centre is only a six-minute drive from a Tesco Superstore. Worksop train station is also close by – around an eight-minute drive – and offers direct services to major destinations such as Sheffield, Leeds and Lincoln which is perfect for those who may have regular business meetings in these cities.
