Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
A low cost furnished serviced office in a Georgian listed building in the centre of Winchester with minimum outlay and no long term contract. The Fee includes Rent, Water Rates, Heating, Lighting, Premises Insurance, Cleaning, Staffed Reception, Kitchen & WC Facilities, Incoming Mail, Franking Post (which has an additional 10% handling fee), Maintenance, Furniture if required (desks, pedestals, filing cabinets & chairs) and Carpet.Our staff are your staff. Additional services available include phone answering and diverting, typing, photocopying and facsimile. In-house licensees have 24 hours access into the building. Most offices are easily connected to the existing broadband service through Wi-Fi the cost of which is £10 per month. Cabled connections are also available but there may be a connection fee should extra cabling be necessary.
