Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

Our modern, flexible office space is located in a prominent position close to major motorway networks. All of our offices have individually controlled air conditioning, and all clients have secure 24-hour access to their office suites. The modern, welcoming offices provide a fantastic first impression for clients and create an excellent environment to do business. The building has ample, free car parking on-site for clients and their visitors. With the unique, community-focused approach, the clients benefit from a professional, friendly, working environment including chill-out zones, and an on-site gym (coming soon). The layout of the building is designed to incorporate a functional and fun communal break-out space where clients can meet up and will soon be able to grab a coffee and snacks from the Grab ‘n’ Go snack area. The building features high-spec serviced facilities and also provides virtual offices, meeting rooms and conference suites. There is a friendly, onsite support team dedicated to dealing with all client requirements. This centre has a cutting-edge infrastructure, with auto-failover for added resilience and the VoIP telephone system is continually updated to be able to cater to all client requirements.
