Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This is a Grade II Listed building. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and many also have bay windows. Central heated throughout, being previously a large Swansea solicitors main company house. The office‘s are carpeted and a set of table and chairs can be supplied if required for a fee. Heating and light are included along with parking. Offices sizes range from 150 sq ft.
