Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
Housed in a traditional brick building beneath a pitched tiled roof, this centre consists of three floors of space that are all approximately 1,500 square foot. Each of the floors benefit from their own kitchen facilities, and there are further communal facilities throughout the centre. Offices are finished too a very high specification and due to the many windows the space benefits from an abundance of natural light which gives it a bright and productive atmosphere. The centre also has private car parking which allows for up to five cars per floor and is located in a secure area, giving peace of mind to tenants. The building also has 24 hour access, allowing those who do not adhere to the typical 9 to 5 working day to set their own schedule.

Sutton is a densely populated residential area and a thriving retail and commercial centre, situated approximately 12 miles south-west of central London, 5 miles west of Croydon, 10 miles north of Reigate and 7 miles south-east of Kingston. Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are also conveniently based with access via the M25/M4 and M25/M23 respectively. Sutton mainline BR station provides fast regular services to both Victoria (26 minutes) and London Bridge (33 minutes ).
