The workspace and its facilities
Architect-designed refurbished offices in a Victorian coach mews near the picturesque riverside in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. The premises comprise a self contained first floor office suit. The offices are air-conditioned throughout with exposed beams and Velux windows, letting in plenty of natural light. There is an open-plan office and a smaller office, and a spacious boardroom/meeting room which could also be used as offices. There is a fully equipped kitchen and separate male and female toilets. There are two entrances to the building. The office space is 886 sq ft in size, at £10.50 per sq ft.

The location
Situated in the market town centre, the building is near to all high street banks, post office and supermarkets including Waitrose. There is a market in the centre of town twice a week, and regular French, Farmers’ and Italian markets throughout the year. St Ives is ideal for companies looking to locate outside Cambridge. The new Guided Busway is open to the public, making commuting between the towns very efficient and fast. There is also parking nearby either free all day or for £1.00 per day. London is also easy to reach with twice-hourly trains from Huntingdon and a 45-minute commute to King’s Cross.
