Hesketh Mount is placed in the very centre of Southport, next door to the renowned Vincent Hotel, overlooking Lord Street gardens, the ornate Victorian Bandstand and fountains. The building is just off Lord Street's junction with Eastbank Street, one of the main thoroughfares in to the town centre and part of the prime commercial area and Market Quarter. Hesketh Mount also boats excellent public transport links, with bus stops in front of the building offering a very regular service both around Southport and further afield such as with the X2 service to Preston Station and Liverpool Lime Street Station.
