The location
The site comprises approximately 2.2 acres located 2 miles to the west of Junction 1 M27. Direct access onto the A31/M27 provides excellent communication links to the east and west to the major conurbations of Poole/Bournemouth, Ringwood and Salisbury and to the east Southampton, Winchester, Portsmouth and London via the M3. Southampton Airport Parkway is approximately 12 miles to the east and provides both main line rail services to London Waterloo and flights throughout Europe.
