Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
Pennine Five is a quality office campus in the centre of Sheffield. The space has been refurbished both internally and externally and now offers suites from 3,229 sqft to 100,000 sqft.
