Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This charming, characterful centre is entered through wrought iron gates and railings with a communal courtyard leading to the front door with CCTV and security lighting. The entrance hallway offers bright and spacious access to the ground floor office suites with stairs leading to the first and second floors where you find more serviced office suites, all with decent views, and each suite has the benefit of ample natural light, picture windows and high ceilings. This is office is located in central Sevenoaks located less than 100m from the High Street and a short walk from the main town car parks and the leisure centre. Sevenoaks train station is a 13-minute walk away with services to Charing Cross (37-minutes), London Bridge (24-minutes) and Cannon Street (38-minutes) and Junction 5 of the M25 is 3.5 miles.
