The workspace and its facilities

The space on the 4th Floor is approx 5,000 sq. ft. and will be enough for 100 workstations, with associated meeting rooms and management offices if required. This is currently a blank canvas so a new company wanting to take the space has the opportunity to design the entire floor space at a reasonable cost. The centre is located in the heart of Romford town centre.
