Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This is a modern purpose-built two storey office pavilion which includes a ground floor reception area together with ladies, gents and disabled toilets which serve both the ground and first floor suites. The offices have been completed to a high standard throughout and benefit from a gas central heating system. The spaces are air conditioned for the comfort of tenants, there are meeting rooms available as well as kitchen facilities and parking spaces for those commuting by car, and for visitors. The space can be accessed 24-hours a day, so flexible working is no problem should a business require.
