Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

Flexible office space is available in a recently refurbished business centre in Long Eaton. There is a range of ready-to-move-into furnished serviced offices which can accommodate single occupancy up to 25 or a leased option for businesses requiring more space. This business centre offers hot desks, meeting rooms for up to 12 people, informal meeting space, break-out areas, private telephone booths and printing facilities. Each office has its own air conditioning, designated Wi-Fi and intercom. As well as reception services, admin assistance, and refreshments are all included. The business centre is accessible 24 hours a day.
