Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The development provides flexible accommodation to suit a wide range of occupiers from international headquarters to local branch offices, which can include research and development.
