Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The centre has three mews-style office buildings, each with three individual rooms over three floors. It offers a separate private office unit with a front door and ancillary areas such as a tea facility and a loo; alternatively, the individual rooms within a workspace can also be available with shared facilities. In addition, some units have several windows that face the street and provide advertising space or branding. It has a corner with a microwave oven so that breaks are convenient and a relaxation area with a coffee machine and hot drinks to provide an enjoyable halftime during the working day.
